Or 15 hours over 7 days.

Requires 24/7 Rehabilitation Nursing?

Complex wound care, bowel/bladder management, etc.

Needs Daily Physician Oversight?

Medical management of comorbidities (diabetes, CHF).

Requires Multi-Disciplinary Therapy?

Needs at least two: PT, OT, or SLP.

Has a CMS-13 Compliant Condition?

Stroke, Brain Injury, Hip Fracture, etc.
